Google will only show one Google Business Profile per address per niche. The suite number is irrelevant so different suite numbers at the same address will not show more than one per practice area.

We found that the main issue was he had a direct competitor inside his building, with the same address, and the same practice area. We also spotted that his website’s location page was not optimized, especially in contrast to his competitor’s location page.
